He is very good. He says he is an American soldier stationed in Afghanistan. He sends a picture of a Caucasian guy from Ohio but not in uniform. After a while he sends an official-looking 'document' with some verbiage taken from the Army manual about a leave. You are supposed to send that back signed. Then he sends another document from the 'Defense Department' with a cover email to send $2,150 to a fake name in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The lady knows nothing about it. He send a photoshop picture,,,
