He sends you messages about everything you want to here and wants to meet you, then out of the blue , just before your suppose to meet him ,he says he lost his credit card and gives you a sob story about how he can't pay his hotel bill and that he needs food. Then he ask you for a favor to borrow money. Says he will be getting paid for this contract he's working on when he's finished in 3 weeks and will pay you back. Wants you to open a checking account so he can transfer funds and have you send the money Western union. I didn't fall for it I told him I didn't have money to lend and I don't lend money to someone I never met. That was it never heard from him again.
