Scamming scenario:Started conversing on August 22 as an eharmony match. 46 year old Brazilian widower with 5 year old son. Claimed to be a civil engineer educated by the imperial college of London. Wife Alice died of Cancer 3 years ago. Owned Pagz Construction in Connecticut then moved Cortland manor ny and owns johns Construct. September 6 scheduled his flight to BWI where we would meet (have copy of flight confirmation). September 8 he advised that he got a job in Togo Africa. September 9 advised me that he was stuck at the bank in Togo to pay $20k for taxes before he could start road construction job. He had all but $4k. Refused to send money. He expressed his sadness for me not trusting him.
