He said, scammers used faxes, email in an internet cafe and mobile phones, they have been backwards and forwards to his real estate agent\u00a0 telling\u00a0 that Mr.Mildenhall wanted to sell his property and they also created duplicates of the deeds to the house. (Alprazolam)<\/p>\n<p>Mr Mildenhall has engaged a lawyer in a challenge to obtain his property back and police are also investigating the scam.<\/p>\n<p>Consumer Protection Commissioner\u00a0 \u00a0Anne Driscoll says it is not so far known how the scammers achieved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Real Estate Institute West Australian (REIWA)<\/strong> spokeswoman \u00a0 Anne Arnold said that agents need to be attentive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a really important message that you need to be doubly careful if it\u2019s overseas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She states changes should be included to prevent and \u00a0rip off future scams.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Perth man \u2013 Roger Mildenhall who was residing overseas was shocked when he found out last week that his property in Karrinyup\u00a0worth almost $500,000, had been sold in June without his knowledge.
