His lawyer, Jason Kreiss, stated Jones was the victim of a plan by businessman John Barry, who had a prior certainty for real estate <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ripandscam.com\/scamtypes.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>scam<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Barry supposedly increased the price and bagged a large sum on loans for 114 real estate properties.
