fficials at a Bescom office on Crescent Road were left baffled on Monday after a man walked in with a fake order of appointment, all set to report for duty as a junior assistant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They examined the order brought by the 29-year-old man from Hukkeri in Belagavi district \u2014 Vaibhav Venkatesh \u2014 and found that the official\u2019s signature on the document was forged. Read more<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a public service announcement published on Monday, the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warned citizens of fake job ads that lure people to Southeast Asia, where they\u2019re held against their will and forced to commit international crypto scams on unsuspecting victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
