Popular cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase disclosed that it experienced a cybersecurity attack that targeted its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said its “cyber controls prevented the attacker from gaining direct system access and prevented any loss of funds or compromise of customer information.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident, which took place on February 5, 2023, resulted in the exposure of a “limited amount of data” from its directory, including employee names, e-mail addresses, and some phone numbers.Read more<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 19-year-old has been arrested and booked in Iowa for what cops say was a phony charity scam that raked in tens of thousands … all from people who believed she had cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Eldridge Police Department rang up Madison Russo<\/strong> on a first-degree theft charge this week, which carries a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison if convicted. PROVIDENCE \u2013  An Indiana woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Rhode Island, charged with perpetrating an online romance scam that allegedly defrauded a 96-year-old Coventry widower of approximately $80,000, announced United States Attorney Zachary A. Cunha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
