The main purpose of this scam is that earning money and gaining promotion may claim to have a buyer for your property. Or that they can sell your place quickly and for a good price. Before you allow someone to sell your share make sure that you check them out before you agree to pay them any money. Make sure you deal with licensed broker. Get all your paper work in a document .Make business dealing with that party\/company that pays after the share is sold. Be alert with all kinds of scam.<\/p>\n

Some of the tactics to be known during selling of share:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 First of all a legitimate lenders never “guarantee” a card or loan before you apply.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 These legitimate lenders ask you to pay application, appraisal, or credit report fees, but these fees seldom are required before the lender is identified and the application is completed.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7The fees generally are paid to the lender, not to the broker or person who arranged the “guaranteed” loan.<\/p>\n
